"Know thyself and you shall know the universe and its Gods"

An esoteric wanderer, exploring the paradox of self by whatever means necessary.

Magic Squares have captivated humanity since time immemorial. Our oldest written text, the I Ching, is itself based off the Lo Shu magic square, known later to the western world as the magic square of Saturn.
These beautifully balanced matrices and the lore that surrounds them have acted as a unifying thread, weaving distant cultures together throughout recorded history.

The magic squares express ratios, relationships between dynamic objects within a closed system. As the ancient Chinese observed, the number matrix offers an elegant framework for the most efficient interplay of energy between objects in a space, or between a group of individuals. They saw the Lo Shu magic square as a map of time and space, and from this belief Feng Shui was born.

Magic Squares show us that harmony is possible, without exclusion. Just as no number can be removed from the matrix without destroying its balance, everything and everyone has an honored place and is essential for the functioning of the whole human family.
By expressing these ancient talismans as circles, I am weaving new threads of connection between disciplines and exposing patterns in the chaos, literally by playing connect the dots.
